Delivery Service

On Time Deliveries:

We strive to deliver your gift in a timely manner. Complete addresses and phone numbers help deliveries arrive on time. Your order can be sent across town- or across the US or Canada- the very same day, if placed by 3 pm of the filling florist. If you have a doubt as to when you think your order will be delivered, please contact us at 800-479-6361 or 208-237-6522.

Sundays And National Holidays:

We will attempt to complete your request for deliveries scheduled for these days, however as most of our affiliates, we are closed or do not offer delivery service on these days. We may need to contact you for approval for an alternative delivery date. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell or home phone number in case we need to contact you.

OUT-OF-TOWN ORDERS:

The specific designs on this web site may not be available for orders going out of our imediate delivery area. Often the florist filling your order can arrange a very similar arrangement. On any outgoing wire order, we will serve as your representative to the florist who will be delivering your order. We will work to assure the order meets your expectations. We will back their delivery with our own 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Prices will vary by florist.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions supplied for any arrangements are only approximations. They are not exact. However, you may refer to them for general size guidelines.

International Orders:

International orders require about 48 hours from the time placed to delivered. We generally ask the overseas florists to select the best seasonal flowers when filling our orders, however your preference for colors or types of flowers always takes precedence. Selections of flowers available will vary by country. There is a fee of $20 in addition to the cost of your gift plus delivery.To place an International order call us direct at 800-479-6361 or 208-237-6522.

Upon Receiving Flowers:

Here are a few handy tips that can help add days to their beauty.

Keep them in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit; 18 to 22 degrees Celsius), away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, direct drafts from a ceiling fan, and the tops of televisions or radiators.

When your flowers arrive in wet foam - keep the floral foam soaked in water containing the floral food that came with your flowers. Be sure to follow the directions on the package.

When your flowers are arrange in water - Keep the vase filled with water containing the floral food we provided with your flowers. Be sure to follow the directions on the package. If the solution becomes cloudy, replace it entirely. If possible recut the stems by removing up to two inches with a sharp knife.

We strive to deliver only the freshest floral products, but if your flowers are not received to your satisfaction, please call us. If for some reason the flowers that you ordered are not available for delivery then we will notify you immediately.

Container Gardening is made easy, whether you are growing beautiful flowers, vegetables, or a combination. Our staff will help you choose plants for your planters from our huge selection of Specialty Annuals and vegetables that are bred for top performance in your outdoor living area. You can bring your own ideas, copy one of our many planters, or have a planter specialist help you with your choices. Custom planting is available for those who want to leave the work to us.

The Vegetable Garden is not complete without a stop at Pinehurst. We have personally grown a great selection of vegetables in our greenhouses just for you. The Garden Center has all the seeds, fertilizers, and pest controls. If you have never grown a garden, don't worry, the staff at Pinehurst is here to answer all your questions and give you tips to make it easy and more rewarding.

The Nursery is filled with a great selection of beautifully displayed hardy shade trees, evergreen trees, fruit trees, flowering shrubs, evergreen shrubs, shrub roses, and perennials that grow well in our area. Hardy hydrangeas are a specialty at Pinehurst. You'll find a great selection of Jackson Perkins roses.

The Garden Center is the solution center for your gardening needs. Our knowledgeable staff will be glad to assist you in making gardening fun and easy.

Bring pictures of your home and yard with dimensions and a landscape designer will set down with you and give advice to bring out the best in your home and help you make a plan of action.

In Home Consultation You can have a landscape designer come right to your home to assess your individual situation, answer all your gardening questions and give you landscape advice. The cost is $50 in the Pocatello/Chubbuck area for a one hour consultation.
